Delivery times: Australia Post has advised some delays due to high volume of online orders and limited number of domestic flights. Express post delays could be up to 5 business days or more. You can also keep up-to-date with Australia Post’s alerts here.

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email with tracking number. Orders are still being processed within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Delivery Times may incur delays during holidays or extreme weather events in senders or receivers location.

We also deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If you choose Parcel Locker, Please make sure to include the street address of the parcel locker location.

If the parcel is returned to SkinCare4Less because it was unclaimed or had an incorrect address entry by customer while placing the order, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery handling and postage fee. If the customer would prefer a refund of the returned parcel, then the shipping and handling fee of 20$ will be deducted from the total order amount. No Replacement Packages will be offered by SKL for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels.

SKL is also not responsible if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status ‘Delivered’ or ‘Completed’ will signify that the order has been successfully received.

Signature Required: This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. Make sure there is someone available to collect the parcel at the shipping address at the time of delivery during business hours (Mon – Fri , excluding PH’s). If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you with parcel details to collect from the pickup location.

Authority to Leave: You can give authority to leave(ATL) your orders so that a signature will not be required at the time of Delivery. Please note that if you have given ATL then SKL will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels of your order if the tracking has been scanned as delivered. SKL is not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to sun, rain or any other weather conditions. We suggest you to select “Signature Required” if there is no safe place to leave the parcel or if the weather would cause damage to parcels left outdoors.
