Return & Refund
Unfortunately, Due to the nature of the products, We do not offer exchange/return/refund on orders once shipped unless products in your parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.
All products are quality checked before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products sometimes may get damaged during the delivery process. If this happens with your product(s), please contact us at [email protected] within 3-4 business days of order arrival, along with photos of the product(s) damaged.
Note: This does not include damaged box, as it does not affect the Quality of products inside.
We will make arrangements for your product(s) to be returned once your request is approved. After we receive your returns, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify that we have received your returns and the result of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-6 weeks or whatever time our banks and third party provides take to process the refund request.
Our policy lasts 3-4 business days. If this time exceeds after receiving your purchased goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.
